index out after upgrading to the SMF 2.0 RC 5

Hello there,

Since I have upgraded to the RC 5 my all links are out.
Sometime when I click to the any button or link that is being linked to the SMF FORUM TOPIC it opens correct thread but most of the time it opens wrong topic.

I have re-indexed my forum various times now because of heavy forum its not possible to do that every time.

Where exactly are the topics wrongly linked? Got a screenshot or something you could use to show us the problem?
