Who is reading what

Hello
Is there any way to enable a "Who is reading what" feature? I want the users to be able to see how many and which members/admins are reading a specific subject/forum. Does smf has this feature disabled by default or it is an add-on?

Both are features. One is the "who" list enabled on Admin > Features and Options (Enable who's online list). You also have to set permissions to allow guests/members to view it.

The second one is per board/topic found on Admin > Theme Settings (Show who is viewing the board index and posts:)
