Tell me how to upgrade RC4 to RC5

Basically, backup everything first, files and database.

Download the large upgrade pack.
http://download.simplemachines.org/

Extract it.

Connect to your server using ftp client, fillezilla or similar.

Upload all the upgrade pack files overwriting the ones on your server.

Goto http://********/upgrade.php

Follow the instructions.
