Report message error

I noticed I have a database error when reporting any post or message on my forum, probably has to do with some upgrade I did...



In the note in the screenshot you can read: It appears that your database needs to be updated. The files version is RC4, while the database is on the version RC3. The error can be fixed if you execute the last version of  upgrade.php


How should I go and solve this problem?
