Merge topic notification

Well, to make the selectbox disappear you could check the request to see if exactly two boxes were selected and if so just hardcode that the poster of the first topic gets notified. Shouldnt be too difficult on that part.

If it was C++, I would probably already have fixed this, but I'm still a newbie to PHP

Yesterday someone complained about this. I think it's very difficult to make this 'perfect'.

In most cases, a new topic will be merged into an older one. But what if an older topic gets merged into a newer one? Does it have to depend on the topic in which "merge topic" has been clicked, does it have to depend on the destination subject? What if a new subject is entered?

I think these are some interesting situations which can really help optimizing this mod,
