Registration Error

Hi there, my friend maintained our forum before and did all this stuff, since he's been gone I've been left to takeover. I added the notCaptcha to our forum a while ago, it was fine, then it stopped working properly so I removed it. Now whenever someone tries to register we get this error, I was thinking of replacing the register file with  a default version (I have no idea if I can access it through the site or not, I've been trying), any help would be appreciated.

You should be able to get the entire library here (on the Download link at the top here). Then upload just the files in question. How did you remove the mod though? Usually a mod uninstallation removes stuff so that it works like it did before. Did you get any errors on uninstalling it?

I didn't get any errors or anything upon uninstalling it. I might have the problem fixed though, I'll edit / write another post after I double check.
