Mobile compatablity

Some of my users are having problems accessing my forums from their mobile phones.
I have tried from my iPhone and all seems fine.
One example is someone on a Nokia C3 saying that they can only see a simplified version of the site, they can't see the unread posts message and they can't post.
Is there something I/they can do to fix this?

Ah - that looks useful - I have posted it to my forum so the users can see.

I don't know! I'm waiting for the particular members that complained to get back to me about it. They've got to find out if their phones have WAP2 or iMode.

They can test it freely.

Just add ?wap or ?wap2 or ?imode to the end of the url, like this
http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?wap2

Apparently that didn't work but one of them tweaked some other settings on their phone and all is now hunky dory.
