Am getting lots of spam requests to join forum so my inbox in full every morning and need to know where to find the kaptcha script for the image and how to alter it, or other security codes i could add..

try searching the modifications board using the word captcha or browse through the spam prevention category here http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=search;type=19 making sure the package is designed for your version of SMF
