Just 1 month of forum launch , only 125 members abd error !!!!!

It has not been over a month of launch of my forum and i have started to meet errors ??

When i send message to all of my members at once , i get this error :

"MySQL server has gone away" is typically a server error. You should have your host look into this problem.
