activation mail not recive for new member

hi,
i have forum  <link removed by K@-Pr0n>
Powered by SMF 2.0 RC4
hosting account with hostgator,
month leter hostgator suspend my account for heavy server use i have share hosting plan,
they say i choose vps or delicate hosting plan,
i choose vps3 plan
they transfer all my deta & forum work fine now the problem is my new register member not get
activation mail, more then 1500+ member wait for activ there account but they not get activation mail,

i have install Plesk on my server

any one help to solve this problem?

Are you getting any notifications? Like notifications for topics or PM's ?

i think my forum member not get activation mail & any notifications mail, like you have new pm

What are the settings you are using in Admin > Maintenance > Mail > Settings?

Settings Enable Mail Queue: (not select)
Maximum emails to send per minute:(0)
Maximum amount of emails to send per page load:(0)

You should probably check with your host to see if they have php mail enabled. If you'd like you can test this out by using the code in this topic.

If I were you I would also test SMTP out to see if mail works that way also.
