Cant return to default template

I installed a custom template yesterday from the mod dl section. The template must have been bad because it now shows nothing on the forum, just the picture. I cant access the admin CP or do anything.

does anyone have an idea how i can go back and reset this without having to reinstall SMF and starting all over? Thanks for helping a noob out.

Ah i finally got what you were saying. I thought you meant replaceit where it has the options to upload theme from url. I now see what you meant and it worked. Thank you very very much for your help

you can try and use repair_settings.php
