basic setting save error !

I am useing SMF 1.1.13 , when i try to save any changes on basic setting its showing a error ,

An Error Has Occurred!
Your session timed out while posting. Please go back and try again.

This sounds like server issue or your session timeout setting is too small.

For the session timout setting, go to Admin > Server Settings > Feature Configuration and check/change Seconds before an unused session timeout the default is 2880. Increase this a little and try saving settings again.

Also delete the cookie for the site in your browser as this may be a cause too.

I just started having this same issue.  The really odd thing is that it only ocurrs when trying to modify a post or post replies.  I cleared cache.  None of the members seem to be having this problem when they post so, I think that rules out a server issue and my timeout is set to forever on my personal options, the admin setting is 360980.  Perplexed on this one.
