Member can no longer sign on

I am very new to this and "inherited" a fully setup board. One of our long time members can no longer sign on I tracked her IP and this is the message I am getting:
512: loadMemberContext(): member id 30 not previously loaded by loadMemberData()

Welcome to the asylum forum, LadyRed!

First off, backup the database, from your site's CPanel, or whatever it has, instead.

Then, try going to Admin>Forum Maintenance and repairing errors.

If that doesn't cure it, try going to CPanel>Databases and repairing it, there.
