How do I optimise my website's keywords. I want my site to come up for some specific keywords but I dont know how to go about it

Easy...start using them in a useful and meaningful manner in your topics! Putting them in your <head> section will be a monumental waste of your time. Instead use them! It'll make more difference. Maybe even put them in the topic titles if they make sense.
