This is not a the SMF default theme, you need to consult with the creator of the theme you are using.
I just went to your site and it seems the CSS is not loading also.

Go to the theme site and the theme you are using then click support link at the top.

If you remove the Home, Messages, Forum buttons, etc .... Then how would your members go to other area of your site? and you want to just keep facebook and twitter shortcuts ?

ps ... I also went to your site and I had to reload it many times to get your theme to load correctly.
