How to change forum address?

This may be an easy fix but I haven't been able to figure it out and really don't want to screw anything up. I am looking to change my current forum address from:
http://www.norcalwheelers.com/forum/smf_1-1-2_install/index.php

to: http://www.norcalwheelers.com/forum/index.php, is there an easy way to drop the smf_1-1-2_install/ out??

move the files and then run What is repair_settings.php? to reset your paths to the new directory.

Ok I moved the files and then ran the repair settings. Now my forum looks like this?? Please help....

Ok so I got frustrated and ran the large upgrade and everything went fine. Installed and ran the upgrade.php and now have a blank white page when I access my website?? Can anybody help with what I am missing?

Ok, new issue. I ran the large upgrade again and this time it says I don't have my cache file there. I check via ftp and its most certainly there. I am totally lost at this point.

Oh dear...

Have you made backup before upgrading?

I would suggest to again run repair_settings.php and fix paths, because i can see that paths isnt right in the picture you attached.
About cache folder, try to chmod it to 777 or 755 though.

Ok I have uploaded my backup and it's back to working except for when I'm logged in as admin. It shows me the previous screen shot. Like it loses it's formatting or theme when logged in as admin only. I have a test account as a regular member and it appears to be fine? Any help would be appreciated.

Ok so I have sorted that issue out and it was a theme problem. Once I reset everyone to the default theme all appears to be ok. I have some broken links, some attachments look kinda strange??, but all in all I think I may have saved it for now. I will post up with any other noticable issues. Thanks,

Well so far so good. Now watch the 2.0 gold will come out and I will have to upgrade and knowing me have all kinds of fun!!
