I modified my icons that indicate new or no new posts, how do I add text to the legend (?) at the bottom that indicate what the image means (new posts, no new posts)?

xenovanis

Read the first post. This theme is designed for 1.1 Beta 3 Public and you are using 1.0.5. There is a patch for 1.0.5 in the first post.

Thanks that fixed my stats.

My question though was about the two images that indicate new posts or no new posts at the top of the image I included.  How do I add in "New Posts" and "No New Posts"?

xenovanis

Oh sorry. Well, because this theme is based on the classic theme you'll need to create to images with the text (no) new posts and overwrite the old ones in the /Themes/PortalBlue/images/english directory.

Thanks for the help on that one.

Got another issue I need help with.  I modified the header to include a custom logo and it works fine in Opera.  When I view it in Firefox it doesn't look right.  Here's a screenshot:

Anyone know how to fix this?  I've tried widening the logo and the white space on both sides still appears.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have Mambo installed? This theme will only work if your forum is wrapped in Mambo, because it uses Mambo's stylesheet as well.

I've been monkeying with it for a day and still can't get the logo to look right in Firefox.

I'm sorry, but I did not design the template. This would be a more appropriate question for a Mambo-forum.

You want to install Mambo because of a theme? Do you even know what it is?

Oh, and you're going to need this:

Bogie,
I had same problem.

If you want to use the anchor tag to provide the link, you need to add "border="0" to suppress the blue/white frame...
or remove the anchor tag altogether...

i can't seem to find the mambo template that would accompany the black theme?

Aravot

TarantinoArchives

yeah i got the packII which includes it :_)

now all i need is a working wrapper :-)

TarantinoArchives

i am using 247 b black now with the corresponding theme for SMF
but if you look at www.juz-eggenfelden.de there seems to be something wrong
1) the search boxes (right now two of them coz i havent decided yet where to put them) don't work as soon as i click on forum and
2) as soon as you click on forum the fonts are different. i thought those themes where specially designed using the same CSS or something?

That is very strange. Did you alter the template itself? I have no problem with that on my site, neither have I seen any other sites with that particular problem.

I don't see it. What fonts are you talking about? The links, the messagetext or maybe the smaller text?

mainly the text in the login box.

as for the search boxes, i didnt alter anything that should create that problem ....
