Upgrade Errors RC2-RC5

Did manual ftp of software, not websinstall.  It's just stuck there.  Any advice?  What information can I provide to make this easier?

Going from RC2 -> RC5

Used the RC-5 Large Upgrade package.

EDIT:

Hit the "Try Again" option and received this notice:

"Error!
Unknown column 'ID_BOARD' in 'field list'"

There is the "continue" button showing, but doesn't work, not that I'd want to continue with the error, just stating it to provide as much information as I can at this point.

Board was stuck in maint mode, I manually reset it from Settings.php

I can see my members, my boards, the thread titles, but when clicking on a thread, I receive this message:

Unknown column 't.num_replies' in 'field list'
File: /home/unk152/public_html/forums/Sources/MessageIndex.php
Line: 407

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 2.0 RC5, while your database is at version . The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

I'm lost from there.  I realize there is more information I can provide, but I'm at a loss as to what that is at the moment.  I'll provide any and everything I can, just say the word.

I'm going to just install a fresh one and do a merge.
