Is that when you upload the zip via the admincp? Tthe way i do it is just uploading the whole Darkness folder in your Themes folder Themes/Darkness/other files&folders. So i'm not really sure if it is packaged right for installing via the adminCP way.

The 1.1 DL does not install right, you have to install it manually

Not sure if this works with smf 1.0.5 or not. 
I love the theme and I have a few forums that require DARK or Black backgrounds.   Glad to see someone is making them because they are hard to find.   

Thanks for sharing.  I will try it..  if it doesn't work with smf 105 then I supposed I'll be out of luck.  I have no idea how to mofify or convert php files to work correctly.

Yea, i know. I've stated that my themes cannot be installed the automated way. Sorry.

Yes, this works on v1.0.5, just make sure you download the v1.0.x file .
