i installed wordpress in http://smtek.co.cc/ blog

now when i open http://smtek.co.cc/blog the link becomes http://smtek.co.cc/blog/?pretty;board=blog.0

and my forum opens. Any help ?

Sounds like a problem with some type of friendly URL mod or something. Probably added something to the .htaccess file that is catching all URL's that pass through it and changing them. If you have any friendly/pretty URL mods installed, uninstall them to see if they are the culprit.

If you have Pretty URLs (and can access admin/etc) go to Pretty URLs settings and add "blog" as an 'ignored' action or something. I don't use a URL prettifying mod, so I don't know for sure.

I have uninstalled pretty urls still the problem is there.

Take a backup of the .htaccess file in the root of your SMF folder. Temporarily remove the file and see if the issue goes away. If it does, then you have a problem in that file that needs to be fixed.

I made a backup of .htaccess and .htaccess.backup and then i deleted both... now the blog is opening. Now again if i upload these files then again blog will not open... what should i do ?

The only contents in the .htaccess file you have attached are for the Pretty URLs mod. Was this before or after you uninstalled Pretty URLs?

After i uninstalled pretty urls i downloaded the files. I think the solution is uploading fresh .htaccess files as i have no mods installed. still waiting for support specialists ~

You can simple comment out all those lines or upload a blank .htaccess file. That should fix the problem.
