admin/maintenance/logs/moderation  logs or is that not what you mean





make sure you have it turned on though/ admin / core features  /Moderation, Administration and User Logs

Admin - Configuration - Core Features;  Enable "Moderation, Administration and User logs"

After that you will find the logs as described by Ozzie.

it is a permission set along with other permissions per user group, it is not given automatically to any group as no permission is automatically given to any group but admin group.
