Mysql Error

I receive mail from smf says mysql client ran out of memory.

There has been a problem with the database!
MySQL reported:
MySQL client ran out of memory

This is a notice email to let you know that SMF could not connect to the database, contact your host if this continues.

How i can solve this problem.

LOL. Couldn't help myself. I guess this makes things a tad more complicated...
I have no idea how to run a server either. So, i guess depending on what software/OS you are using to power your web server, you need to go on their support site. SMF is just the forum running on your server software platform.
