Users_Online_Today Mod question

Hello guys
Recently I spotted that on my main page, in the section whre Users_Online_Today appears, some of the members are colored red and some of them are bold.

We are 4 admins, and we are all colored red. But only two of us are bold in this list... Can you explain how this happens?
