How to create a list?

Hi, I have looked around the forum for this and couldn't seem to find an answer for it.  I also didn't understand the information within the online manual regarding the list and li tags either.  All I am wondering is, how do I create a plain and simple list within a post?  Can I get an example?

do you have the list bbc code enabled? how exactly is it not working?

This is weird, the list tags work on the other themes that my forum has, but not on one particular theme (that was the default one).  Instead of making it into a list, the items would just be side by side.  Would it have something to do with the theme itself?

most likely no, any errors in your error log?

There were some errors regarding logins, but other than that, none.  Though I just removed all the themes, and uploaded several new ones.  There are pages of errors now.

Actually, I would think if this behaviour only happens on one specific theme - then the theme is most likely the cause of it.

You can try this to same effect though.
