Profile Fields + Radio + BBC

Hey hey SMF Forum,

It seems I'm back again with another question. 

Problem:
I'm trying to make a custom profile field in 2.0 RC5, with radio buttons.  In each radio, I'd like an image to show up. 

Why:
I run a clan with three divisions, so this could display, and keep track of who is in what division


Why not use membergroups:
Because I can't display multiple badges.  I already assign the new people to one group, so their rank shows up in a post


Is this a SQL tweak I have to accomplish? Because I don't see the option for it
