Multiple Attachments Diretories

Hello,

is there a way / mod to use multiple attachments directories in smf 1.1.13? I only found this in SMF 2.0, but this is still not for production sites.

My problem is my hoster, he only lists 8500 files per FTP.

226 Output truncated to 8500 matches

Since my forum has reached about 5000 image uploads with it 5000 thumbnails I can't access the attachments folder over FTP.

I hope anyone can help me.

Hello,

I decided to test upgrade to SMF 2.0RC5. After all is working I can't see "[Configure multiple attachment directories]" like in SMF 2.0RC5 fresh installation. Only 1 directory is shown like in SMF 1.1.13.

What could I do to repair this? Should I wait for official release?

Edit: I've got a solution:

Simply open "/index.php?action=admin;area=manageattachments;sa=attachpaths" in Browser. Now its possible to add a second path and after that "[Configure multiple attachment directories]" is showing up in admin area.
