1) When somebody click on reply its should be blank subject (not as Re: Some text)
2) When somebody reply the topic its should not be shows the error: Warning - while you were typing a new reply has been posted. You may wish to review your post.

If someone hits Reply then they are replying to a specific thread which is why it has Re: blah blah blah.

As far as the error is concerned, what has happened is that someone else has responded to the thread while you (or someone else) was typing a reply.

Neither of these are issues, just the way the forums work.

Admin -> Themes and Layout -> Reset Options -> Reset default (guest) options for this theme -> Don't warn on new replies made while posting

I think unless you start a new board/discussion, anytime you just hit the reply button it is going to reference the post you're replying to. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm also having a problem. The administrator for our forum has disappeared and I'm trying to learn this on the fly. I have a member that keeps getting a 403: Forbidden error message. It lasts for a few hours at a time and then she's okay, but it keeps happening. Does anyone have a step-by-step for dummies how to fix this? I've never used Simple Machines and have no clue how to help her.
