Subject line font white

I have a couple of odd things going on with my forum.  When I start a new topic, the type in the subject line is white.  It is there, but I just can't see it because of the white background.  Once I preview the post, I can see the topic.

Also, all of the words on the buttons (Post, Preview, Spell Check, etc.) are white. 

Where can I modify these to get them back to black?

Depends on what theme you're using. You should probably ask the author of the custom theme that you are using.
