The problem is that I cannot get into the admin section to rebuild the database, it wont even let me get into the home, it is stuck on that error screen.  I did go into my server and did an upgrade to the newest version, 1.1.13 but it didn't help. How do I get into the admin to rebuild the database?

You can try repairing your database from your site's CPanel, or equivalent.

What exactly is the error message you get?

Download the latest 1.1.14 upgrade package and make sure that you have extracted all the files and run the upgrade.php correctly.
It must give you a functional forum after a successful upgrade. If you can't access the admin panel, then it's a password issue or something to do with your cookies and browser cache. Clear these and try again.

If the error is a server side error or a database error, knowing the exact error message would be key to solving this...
