dear, which smf is the best 1.1.13 or 2.0 Rc5..?

i m going to install my forum...plz help me..which one is the best...

i also want to a download link of Smf 2.0 Rc3..plz help me

The best one is 2.0 Gold.
Only problem is, you'll have to wait a few days before it's released
