Template Parse Error!

Hi Guys,

I tried to manually edit the Profile.template.php file to add Gtalk information.

But I got Template Parse error. I have attached the file. Please can anyone debug it for me?

Have you made other required source files edits and have created the columns in DB for gtalk field?

Please check the syntax and try again - remember, single quotes (') often have to be escaped with a slash (\). To see more specific error information from PHP, try accessing the file directly."

It is a syntax error most probably. And i am trying for half an hour to find where i have gone wrong. no idea

@Joker- I didn't know i have to create columns for it. How do i do it?

is this a mod you are trying to install? can you provide the link to the mod so we can parse the installer

No i am not using any mod. Just Manual editing. I also changed the language file. I did the ditto thing that was done to YIM, MSN and all.

well without the rest of the code what you are doing will not work, as suggested by joker you also need database fields and such for this to work.

I can't understand "rest of the code". Is there any code that i have to insert? Also Please help me to create a database field for Gtalk.

there is not really a tutorial on that, as it will vary greatly depending on what exactly you want to add and where.
