requiring email verification of new users ?

Hi .. I have SMF 1.1.13 and want to approve any new memberships ..

have seen this on your pages

"Security and Moderation > Anti-Spam: > Require verification on registration"

however I can not find "Security and Moderation" in the Admin area

I just want to be emailed when any person want to register to approve personally, however that is done

There should be a section Admin > Registration > Settings.
There you can check "Require a Moderator to approve registration."
