Two questions: modifying register template and...

Hi. I want to ask you 2 questions.

1) how can I modify register template? I want that in register page it will show only register form and not all the template (like is default)

2) how can I put that if guest isn't logged in it will appear the register form only before visiting the forum (like advertising in a lot of website) with the choose if continue without registering?


I hope that my english can allow me to make me understand with sufficient clarity.
