How to get this theme Up and Running

So i downloaded this theme from DzinerStudio, hxxp:dzinerstudio.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=79 [nonactive] and when i installed it nothing happend so I have no idea what im doing wrong but i will say i completely new to forums and setting them up so if someone could give me a hand on how to go about this that would be awesome !

well not install but upload

Got some questions for you

- SMF version you are using?
- Have you applied the theme to your forum after installing it?

P.S. - That theme has not been updated for SMF 2.0 yet as it says compatible to SMF 2.0 RC4.
