Webinstall error and Strict Standards

I tried to upgrade the rc5 to 2.0 using websinstall and it just stopped on the step3 so i put my old backup from ftp and now my forum gives this error

How can i fix this?

I would try reuploading a copy of Subs.php might be corrupted and should take care of the second issue.

No change. I tried brand new subs.php and last back up subs.php

Nevermind i got it. I put the last backup.
