Trying up upgrade and geting "Access denied."

I am attempting to up date to 2.0 final but when I try to run the update.php I just get the message Access denied?  Any one know what is going on?

Hello there.

Have you uplaoded large upgrade pack and overwite all files?
Are you sure that all files are there?
Can you please provide a link to your site/forum? Maybe your host is down?

I uploaded everything in the large upgrade (now twice) and it says that my board is now 2.0 on the bottom of the forum.  I think everything is there.

Looks fine now, and i can see that 2.0 is in copyright, but have you successfully run upgrade.php?
If you havent please upload just upgrade.php and try to run it.

It is working now. I am not sure what was up but it is working now.
