Help with mod search

I'm running SMF 1.1.10 and need a little assistance.  I'm trying to lockdown a group of sub-forums so only users with a post count of 100 can create new topics.  I've searched the mod section and the forum and can't find a mod for my version.  I've been so busy this past year I haven't kept up with the new status of 2.0, so I don't know if this option is built in to that version.  Any suggestions would be welcomed.

admin -> permissions -> settings enable permissions for post count based groups.

also you may want to enable the deny permission as all permissions for post count based groups are based on what is given in the regular member group.

also please consider upgrading to the latest version in the 1.1.1* branch
