Spammer gone wild, which anti-spam mod is the best

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. The mod section does not take new topics.

Over the last few days, the number of spammer has blown up. Apparently, they are finding ways to get around some of the recent mods. I currently have reCAPTCHA and Stop Forum Spam installed. What's the best anti-spam mod or measures going right now?

SFS + httpBL + registration questions (although that is only standard in 2.0)
add in the "bad behavior" mod, and my spam registrations are down to one a month

I installed Stop Forum Spam recently and it has solved the spam issue for me (I am running 1.1.13). 

I have read about "bad behavior" suggested by Kindred and will keep that in mind when I upgrade.
