Upgrade RC5 -> 2.0 gold but cannot install package

Hi,
I upgraded RC5 to 2.0 Gold by running upgrade.php
After upgraded now all packages gone and I cannot re-install package.
When tried to install package and look like it successful installed but when browse to installed package under package manager it shows empty.
Anyone encounter this error?

go to your database in phpmyadmin
run
TRUNCATE smf_log_packages

I tried to install Aera media 1.4c using package manager but encountered the follow error
"Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/var/www/Sources/Aeva-Embed.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/Sources/Subs.php on line 938"
I got no choice but to re-upgrade in order to let the forum back to normal function
