Prevent user to put/post links

In my forum i want to avoid/ban user to put link in forum how can i do that is there any mod for that.

I don't want to ban only in signature in the post and reply

iF THEY reached some certain post limit (Eg 1000 post)then they have right to post link

How to set like that?

I have found for avoid the regular members to post link.But i want set some limit If they reach 1000 post then they can eligible to post links.
How to do that is there any MOd is there

my SMF version is 1.1.13

Set your forum for Post Count groups and edit their permissions according to the number of posts eg. a member must have 1000 posts before being able to post a signature/link.

The trick is to remember also to edit the permissions of the Regular group as regular group permissions always override post count permissions.

there is no default permission for having a signature or a posting a link. you can though block the users from accessing their profile so then they can not add a signature or avatar until a certain post count.
