Trying to insert youtube playlist

I'm trying to insert this code as a youtube playlist, i'm using the forum and tiny portal. I had to use html tags and it looks own it's fine, but when you go to the tiny portal homepage, you can see the 'html' open tag. Any suggesypions?

mods i'm using:
