Warning: Cannot modify header information

Hi!  I'm trying to do a clean install, rather than a straight upgrade.  I tried the webinstall, but I got stuck at:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /f5/mysite/public/forum2/webinstall.php:2) in /f5/mysite/public/forum2/webinstall.php on line 911

This occurs on page 3.  I've tried restarting numerous times, but always end up at this point.

I may just forget the webinstall and do a regular install, but thought I'd give it a shot for fun.  Seems like it doesn't work for me.  Anyone else have this problem and get past it?

the webinstall does not always work, it is recommended to use normal methods to install/upgrade in cases like this.
