Censored words

Does the censored words list not work on display names?  I banned a word someone had used when they changed their display name, but it still appeared in their name.

Also, is there any way to set "check only whole words" by entry?  Some words (ex. the f word as verb) have multiple forms (-s, -ing, -er) whereas other words are often found within unrelated longer words.

Don't think it does.

Alternatively you could add the word to the "Set Reserved Names" list that you find within "Registration". That would stop them using it.

Also, is there any way to set "check only whole words" by entry?

With the example you gave I would suggest you create multiple entries for each variation of the word

And/or, set your forum so only you as admin can edit a display name.
