Hi all,

I'm occasionally getting this error trying to post / modify posts:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I can't seem to find much about what might be wrong. I haven't made any changes to the forum and it's been running fine for a few years.

Check-out your error logs.

Anything weird, there?

I did check the error logs at the time and there was nothing that happened at the same time as the browser error.

Quite often, that error gets displayed when there's a problem with cookies.

Try emptying your browser's cookies and blatt the cache, too, whilst you're at it.

I did try that yesterday and it didn't help. For some insane reason it seems to have stopped now and everything is looking normal again. I tried to save and resave a modified thread and it kept erroring. Then later it just worked fine. I'm defo not captain insane though because a user reported it too and they said it happened in IE, FF and Chrome.
