Restrict Who A Member Can PM To?

I want to restrict some of the membergroups to be able to pm only to some membergroups. Is there a way to do that?

So lets say, i dont want a regular member to pm an Admin but he should be able to pm a mod or another member.
I didint know how to search for this kind of mod/feature.
