threads where posts don't count

it's probably possible already, but I can't tell from this side

I know that one can set a board, like a testing board, to not count posts... is it possible to have this option for threads too?

here we have the WAG thread, but in my board they've been pretty creative and have come up with all kinds of threads of that kind...

it'd be nice to have a button to set a thread to no-count, it could be grouped with the -sticky, move, etc- buttons at the bottom of the thread page

just out of curiosity, what happens if you move a thread from a board where posts count to a board where they don't?  does it deduct the posts?
