Coding Mistake?

Hello.

I started to use SMF 2.0 and installed some mods. I also modified some codes to create a better look. But I fear I did a mistake, because I started to see a weird thing at the top of my page:

It is a blank, horizontal block covering the top of my page, with a left-aligned triangle inside of it (which you can see in the picture). Sometimes I see it, sometimes it disappears. That triangle is clickable, and redirects me to a page related to one of my spam-protection mods. But this is not right. Such a thing shouldn't happen when you use that mod. I fear it is my mistake and I broke some codes. Unfortunately, I don't know where the problem is and I have to solve this in a short time.

I would be grateful for any help you might offer.

Which theme are you using? I ask because of the colour in your screenshot.

It is a heavily modified "darkbreak", with lots of changes. When I was using RC4 it was OK and there wasn't any problems regarding theme. Then I upgraded to 2.0, installed some mods and did some coding. Theme was still OK until I finished my works with 2.0, but today this weird thing started to appear.
