Mod Remove Problem

Hi.I Change My Hosting.
But I Didn't Move My Website As There Was A Update For SMF 2 Rc5.
So I Install New SMF 2 In My New Hosting & Restore The SQL Old DataBase.
Now I'm Seeing The Previous Mods I use in package manager.Some are removed securely.But some are Not Removing.

The Mods Are:-
1.    Tapatalk SMF 2.0 RC4/RC5 Plugin    2.0.0
2.    SA Chat    Beta 2-1 Rev39
3.    New Manual Look    1.0
4.    Country Flags    1.1.2
5.    Redirect Error 404    1.0
6.    VB Style Board Index    1.1

I can't also reinstall them as it need removal of old version before reinstall.

As I install the smf 2,& don't install the mod,then the problem is only in SQL Data Base.[I think]
So How to remove Them from SQL DataBase?

So they are uninstalled but not from the database?

They are stored in the smf_log_packages. If you want to truncate that table you can but only if you're SURE they are all uninstalled.

Additionally, you can delete the mod list completely right from the Admin Panel under Package Manager. Just go to the Installed Packages tab and clicking the [Delete Mod List] link.
