Loading Problems

Hi everyone I have just installed 1.1.4 I know ist old but I would of thought it would of been stable, but im haiving these problems everytime I enter the site I get this white screen after a few refreshes it then comes up and it does that same type of problem everytime , please could someone help me .

Edit : Arghh! Link doesn't work. Go to Search here and type "white screen" (with the inverted commas) in the subject field, tick messages and topics then select to search in 1x support.
