How i add that if someone is Banned

Under him it say in red (italic :p ) Banned  ?

And a vote that their is  a vote What car you like

Ferari
Mercedas.....etc

And when someone vote , who open the vote can see who voted ferari or who voted something else.. and so xD

So... >.< if you know what i mean.. like it say after you extract first then after it it come Extract and ...
